What changes when the center is open?
The opening is part of the design, not an unfinished space. It creates a floral outline through which the background remains visible. A filled heart presents a continuous surface of flowers. Look at both photographs before deciding which shape you prefer; an open center does not by itself tell you the price, flower count, or finished dimensions.
Bloom Lane’s Open Heart Standing Spray uses roses and complementary flowers around that opening. Remembrance Heart is the filled design, with a carnation base crossed by a contrasting band of roses. These are different arrangements, not two names for the same product.
Compare the actual colors, not only the main photograph
Open Heart Standing Spray offers Pink Mixed, Velvet Red & White, Powder Blue & White, Butter Yellow & Cream White, Blush Pink & White, and Cream White & Ivory. Remembrance Heart offers Red with white sash or White with red sash. In that description, the sash is a band of flowers; it does not mean that a printed memorial ribbon is included.
Select the palette on the product page and check the resulting image before checkout. If the family has requested a particular color, do not assume an unlisted combination can be made. Ask first and keep the agreed instructions with the order. A request in a note is not confirmation that a custom change is available.
Choose a size that the venue can display
Both products have Classic, Signature, and Grand choices, but compare each listing separately. A size name is not a universal measurement. Ask for the completed width and height, including any support, if the arrangement must fit in a specific display area. Confirm the stand and placement requirements before ordering.
For one shared gift from several relatives or friends, choose a scale that fits the room and your combined budget. A larger heart is not required to make the message meaningful. If a standing display is unsuitable, a basket or vase arrangement can be a more practical choice without changing the sentiment of the gift.
Allow time for the heart to be made
The current catalog marks both heart arrangements for direct local fulfillment, with same-day ordering unavailable. Do not use the general 12 PM cutoff as evidence that one can arrive today. Enter the destination ZIP and select an available date. Ask about the receiving window if the service starts early.
For a Westchester or Bronx funeral, match the destination page to the service notice and include the deceased person’s full name. For another area, check which products are actually offered there rather than assuming the local heart designs can be sent nationwide. Bloom Lane is an independent florist, not the funeral home’s own ordering service.
