Information you provide
Bloom Lane receives information that you enter to check delivery, choose a destination, prepare a flower order, contact us, or use Daisy. This can include ZIP code, delivery address, recipient and sender details, service details, card messages, product choices, and contact information.
Checkout and payment
Shopify provides the secure checkout and payment page. Bloom Lane does not ask shopping agents to collect payment credentials. Shopify’s privacy terms apply when you use its checkout.
Google Maps Platform
We use Google Maps Platform services for address completion, ZIP-code location, time-zone checks, and nearby place search. Your search text or ZIP code can be sent to Google to return these results. Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics
We record limited site events such as product views, destination clicks, ZIP searches, cart actions, and checkout progress. These events can include the page, device class, product identifier, ZIP code, and a random session identifier. We use this information to improve delivery coverage and the ordering experience.
Browser storage
The site can use session or local browser storage to remember a delivery ZIP, delivery estimate, a verified funeral-home destination or Google place identifier, shopping bag, and anonymous analytics session. Live Google place details are requested again when needed. You can clear this information through your browser controls.
Service providers and contact
