Use the full name shown on the obituary or service notice. A family surname alone can match more than one service. Include a nickname only when the funeral home uses it.
The exact destination
Confirm the public funeral-home name, street address, city, ZIP code, and the chapel or branch when one firm has several locations. Some buildings contain several licensed funeral businesses.
The earliest public event
Provide the first viewing, wake, visitation, funeral, or memorial time. A funeral home may require the flowers before that event for room setup.
A working contact number
Give a phone number for the sender or family contact who can answer a delivery question. Do not rely only on the funeral home to correct missing order details.
Card and sender details
Write the message exactly as it should appear. List every sender name, company, department, or organization and check the spelling before checkout.
Product flexibility
